Delicious and easy to make! My husband is on a very low sodium/high potassium diet and he loves chocolate pudding. His doctor told him to eat 1 banana a day to boost his potassium, but avocado has twice the amount of potassium. He loves his “new pudding” but has yet to discover that it contains avocado – LOL.

I, on the other hand, LOVE avocados and eat them often – almost daily, so this has become the perfect snack for both of us to enjoy.
