This has amazing flavor; my family loved it, but the rice did not cook. I had to add an extra cup of water and cook it for another 30 minutes on top of the original 20 minutes. I even used the same pan as shown in the photos. I’ll definitely make this recipe again but I will cook the rice separately in the Instant Pot. Perfect rice every time.
