Cook your pasta before you add it – you will thank me later. I’ve made it both ways and it’s so much better this way. Also – wait until just before serving to add the cheese.

Love this recipe! I add sliced bell peppers and chicken stock. My kids love it so much, I make it at least twice a month.

I ended up doubling the liquid for the sauce and cooking the pasta in the instapot. First time it was not enough liquid. Very good though both times but had to tweak it.

Not enough liquid to cook the pasta. Added water throughout tohelp with this. I would also recommend putting the cheese in at the end. Flavor was good though!

In reply to .ips. Agreed! I'm in 20 minutes and I keep adding more milk. Next time I will boil them and add them to the finished sauce.
