Thank you for this recipe. I don’t always enjoy Indian dishes (my husband does) but we both thoroughly enjoyed this meal. My only change was to add some baby spinach at the end. It makes a good amount of food too. I will definitely make this again in the future.

Please nobody kill me for this, but when I ran out of leftover rice the next day, I made some orzo to go with this and it still tasted great!
