Yes, this lasagna can be assembled, frozen, and then baked at a later date. Just ensure it’s wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn. When you’re ready to bake, you can either thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and bake as directed, or you can bake it straight from the freezer. If baking from frozen, you’ll need to extend the baking time and make sure it’s cooked through and hot in the center.

I use 15 oz ricotta. And I put two teaspoons of garlic powder a tablespoon of paprika and a teaspoon of black pepper in the chicken mixture along with about a quarter cup of oil

I doubled the amount of ricotta bc we like our cheese! I used chicken from entire rotisserie chicken. The men in the house loved it!

Hi Rebecca,

Yes, we’re talking about the crumbled blue cheese. The mix of cheeses used in the recipe helps the sauce get gooey and hold together all the delicious flavors and ingredients, while if you would add too much dressing it might get too watery, so we’re trying to avoid that.
Let us know how it turns out!

Could I use more ranch dressing in place of the blue cheese?
