Hi, Jo! These look absolutely scrumptious! I did notice a couple of boo boos in the narrative, though. In the Ingredients pic, the jam is labeled as flour, and in the FAQS, “Can I Make These Ahead of Time?”, you replied “…before slicing and baking.” I understood they weren’t to be sliced until after baking. Oops!

OK – so I’m a cashew junky and the jar always leaves small pieces in the bottom that I never had a good use for. They actually are in a small-chop stage so do you think they would work well here? As far as jelly – maybe fig or plum? I’m thinking something not super sweet as cashews are pretty rich.
